Delivery conditions

All deliveries are made directly from our warehouse in Schwerzenbach. Order and delivery confirmations are only sent upon express request. Any backorders will be delivered immediately after the goods arrive, at no extra charge. We reserve the right to make color, model and technical changes in all cases. Complaints can only be considered within 4 days of receipt of the goods. Goods that have been properly delivered will not be taken back. We cannot accept returns of goods that have not been arranged. The buyer is responsible for appropriate storage. If the purchase agreement is canceled, a contribution towards expenses of 15% will be charged from the 5th day after the conclusion of the contract. In exceptional cases, goods can only be taken back if they are not older than 6 months and are still in the range. A credit note will be issued for the amount due, less a 20% deduction from the invoice value.

Prices

All prices are net in CHF, excluding VAT and other taxes and fees, ex our warehouse in Schwerzenbach. Prices are subject to change. Orders over CHF 350 net are postage-free. Orders under CHF 350 net will incur a packaging and shipping fee of CHF 14. The express surcharge is CHF 17. For subsequent deliveries on the next working day, postage of CHF 14 is charged. For deliveries by truck (e.g. cosmetic couches), transport costs are charged according to the effort involved.

These products are intended for resale. The sales prices (UVP) are non-binding price recommendations.

Terms of payment

Due date of payment: 30 days after the invoice date without cash discount deductions. Unjustified deductions will be debited. For deliveries to unknown new customers and customers who do not comply with our payment terms, we reserve the right to make cash on delivery in exceptional cases. Overdue invoices will be charged with default interest of 6% from the due date. The payment of default interest does not cancel the obligation to pay in accordance with the contract. Reminder fees are charged for reminders.

Retention of title

The goods supplied by us remain our property until full payment has been received. Beauty salon furniture and equipment can be entered in the retention of title register at any time.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our equipment and furnishings, such as beauty beds, work furniture, chairs, etc., unless otherwise stated in the catalog. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, force majeure or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.

Place of jurisdiction

Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Dübendorf.
